On 05/09/17(tuesday), i received wrong order from snapdeal by the courier company “Delhivery” on COD. After i payed and recieved my order, i got a message from snapdeal as not to recieve and pay for that item as it would be delivered by other courie company. Now i have the wrong product, my application and order status doesn’t show that i have recieved order, how do i request for replacement?
