Wrong product delivered by Flipkart

Faulty Old material supplied by Flipkart. Value: Rs.2664.00. I have paid to Flipkart for Barrcuad HardDisc but they have send me One Old Faulty Pipeline Hard Disc at the second time. I have mailed them about the matter on that delivery date, which is also in my mail box of sent item, But Flipkart is not providing me the product according to my order.
