Wrong product delivered by Flipkart vendor Homeify

I found advertisement under Flipkart big billion days sell on my mobile for Homeify Skyler 5 Seater Sectional Sofa Set for Living Room Fabric 5 Seater Sofa. I look forword for same and I liked the quality of product and Price which is shown on Flipkart website. I immediately decided to buy Homeify Skyler 5 Seater Sectional Sofa and placed order on 09th Oct 2023 with order id ODxxxxxxxxx0 because i liked the quality of product very much I also decide to purchase more three seater ottoman as my need and requirement in my living room. so i contacted seller directly and deal with more three seater ottoman after generating invoice i made another payment of 10,000 on 10th Oct 2023 to seller account then after seller confirm my order for extra three seater ottoman and told me your order will be  dispatched by tomarow 11th Oct 2023.
But after making online payment homeify did not taken my any call and my dispatch hold for very long time period. I am afraid and contacted again on homeify seller support but seller didn’t responded me properly. After many attempts seller person mr. rxxxxt co ordinate with me and sending me product images before dispatch on 18th Oct 2023. Seller share me product images that time i recognize seller cheated me not same product as on flipkart i requested him please do not dispatch Please hold or get back I will not compromise on quality product at all.
After many request seller stop and hold or do anything which i don’t know. I contact to flipkart and register complaint and for resolution. After few days i received message from flipkart on 21st Oct 2023 Your complaint resolved also from brand Homeify on 25 Oct 2023. Then after I received my order product on 28th Oct 2023 evening time 10pm. Next day i unpack and seen wrong product not as per requirement and shown on flipkart. I immediately raised return request and also contact with customer support.
Customer support assure me do not worry product has 10 days return policy if you are not satisfied we are definitely interested help you and refund processed. But next dat Flipkart scheduled technician visit on 30th then on 31st then on 01 Nov then 03rd Nov Then on 06th Nov. Tnen 7Th Nov 2023 every day i am waiting and reporting flipkart customer support but till date 08 Nov 2023 no technician visit done. I contacted again customer support executive and report but then after 4-5 hours 9:30PM my return and refund process rejected
This is very big cheating happening with me.
Not received proper product as shown on flipkart
Today 09 Oct 2023 Morning 7:00 AM I got SMS Notice from Flipkart that “Flipkart Update: Sorry, the seller is unable to fulfil your return request for Homeify…. Please check your email for more details.”
No any email found on my register email, No any call by seller or Flipkart support team. No Proper resolution done by Flipkart and seller Homeify
I need my amount refund as i lost minimum 15000 as per quality in this deal
Please help me in this regard and do launch complain against Flipkart and brand seller Homeify.
