I recently purchased a branded lipstick from myntra which is a non returnable product. However, I received a wrong shade. I had raised a complaint regarding the same, however they are refusing to adhere to my complaint saying correct product was dispatched from there end. It’s like they are forcing a customer to keep the product they didn’t purchase. I had shared with them images of the product that I had received. But still they are refusing to provide a satisfactory resolution.
