I would like to register a complaint against shopclue. I ordered Wall stickers from Shop clue , Order Id 121394743 and 121394745 , they shipped wrong product for Order Id 121394743 which I ordered and for Order Id 121394745 night glowing stickers don’t glow in the night which they claim on site it is glowable, when I called them the customer care manager Axxxl Cxxxxn , he said as per policy we can’t take this product back as it is more then 10 days , at the very first place how can they send the wrong product when they say they have 5 step quality check process, If that particular item is not available in the inventory it is not ethical to send wrong product. Is that something which there policy says. I would like to refund my money back or want to get the actual product which I ordered on shop clue site. Mr Axxxl Cxxxxxxn told me I am free to go to consumer forum and do whatever I want to do but they will neither exchange nor refund the money back.
