I had ordered Mast & Harbor’s navy blue and white color block sweater on 21st dec 2017. On 22nd dec 2017, i received my order but instead of sweater there was another product delivered with no tag. I immediately call myntra ‘s customer care and tell them the same. I demand for return and they said that they had registered my complaint and i would be able to return it even if there’s was no tag but it’s monday and i haven’t received any complaint mail from myntra. Pick up guy has refused it once and it will get automatically canceled after 4 times. I’m really disappointed in myntra. I have shopped worth rs 13000 INR from myntra in their sale.Don’t know how rest of the products will turn up.

Myntra customer care is pathetic
They don’t recheck anything and you are left with dealing with their managers who definitely cannot manage the issues

I have had a similar experience with myntra
Received wrong product from myntra without tag and when asked to return they rejected and said it is wrong product and after so many attempt and failed in getting return accepted. This is very disappointing and myntra has very pathetic service towards customers . This happend last year also when they denied return and I lost 1600 . I have stopped using myntra since this recent fraud happened
Myntra service is actually pathetic, they delivered you first defected product without any tags inside attached and rejected it on tags were missing on that basis. Also when you call on customer care they don’t adress your issue properly, now they rejected my claim for order return saying our warehouse shipped the product properly without any tampering of such package. Also when I asked them. To send me a video they said that we can’t sent such video as a proof
