I ordered from Zivame on Feb 8 and received it on Feb 14, but the size was incorrect. Due to Zivame’s delay in marking the order as delivered (15 days), I couldn’t initiate a return. After multiple calls and emails, I finally managed to start the process, but the return pickup was handled poorly:
Feb 27: One product picked up.
March 8: Another product picked up after repeated follow-ups.
One product is still pending, and I have received zero refund.
It has been over a month, and I am still struggling to get my refund, causing financial strain. I demand immediate action to:
1. Process the remaining return and issue my full refund.
2. Resolve this matter within 48 hours, or I will escalate it to consumer authorities.
