My brother had purchased DFL FRP (Computer hard disk repair Equipment) of Rs.1,97,0000 (approx. value with Custom duty). He had sent inquiry about product then he placed order. And received, which has directly come from China.
Seller has informed us that thy will give online support and hard disk will be repair with this equipment but after some day they are saying that he needs to be buy an additional new machine which cost is Rs.2,00,000. After that delivered equipment will be work because we have bought only one part of it.
If they had known about that then why they had not informed us that equipment will not worked after repairing 2000 bad sectors. Even they have not provided any specification about machine and they had only told that after viewing online videos we can understand each and every thing.
They are also not providing support after raising complaint tickets again and again. On the time of purchase they have informed us that they will give all support through online but at that movement their support engineer is not picking the calls.
Now my brother wants to return this product and even he told that he will return it after some deduction because he had spent his saving on this equipment but they are not ready for it.
We want to refund against this equipment because they have not given as per our requirement as well as they have also not share specification with us so that will check it before buy.
So request you to please look into this matter and do the needful on urgent basis.
