Wrong product received from fabfunia

I ordered a kurti in fabfunia.com. when i recived the product by giving 419rs the product was not same..actually its not a kurti they given me the fabric and the quality was very bad..they dnt have any returns policy..i want my money back.. and its a fake site..i want justice not for me for many others like me.
