I had recently ordered OnePlus earbuds from JioMart (details have been attached). I had placed for a Misty Grey color product but received a white color product. I spoke to the Customer support team, Customer Support head and the escalation officer, all said that the product packed is correct and cannot return the product to me. But I tried to prove them with the S/N code but they still denied my proof. They are not submitting the proof from their end of the CCTV footage that they are claiming. I have shared the photos of the product for your reference.
The code on the box is S/N: H6672769D9E00U22H that matches with the code on the product. Now the color on the box mentions Misty grey colour but the product colour is white. How is this possible?
Now I not only want refund of my product but need compensation for the harassment caused to me.
I request my complaint to be considered.
