Wrong product sent by Shopclues, no refund made

I ordered A T Shirt from SHOPCLUES on 24th March.COD. Shopclues shipped a wrong product. On complaint they ask me to ship the product back to a address provided by Shopclues for replacement. They said that they would reimburse the shipping charges. Second time they send the replacement, but the same product. I again complained them, and told them that I want the refund for shipping the product. The courier reciept is uploaded. Shopclues is least bothered. I have sent innumerable mails, but all they have to say is that they would get back in 2 business days. My request to the forum is that I want my money back from Shopclues.The product price is 462/- and shipping by me is 150/-. I want Rs.150/- back.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
