I have ordered some make up products from online service provider Nykaa on 6th June 2018 and they intimated that product will deliver within 12th June 2018. I have already paid an amount of Rs 924/- through debit card. But I received the parcel on 16th June 2018 and on opening the carton it is found that the product received by me are different from those I have ordered. The bill is also in the name of Ms. Pxxxa dxxxxxi , Hyderabad,Telengana Her order no is 701811606,amounting to Rs 555/- . Address given in the delivery packet is my address but product and invoice are of different person. I have contacted Nykaa customer service no 9222201010 and they ask to reply to their mail send to me and our customer service support will contact me. I have send mail and lodged complaint.They alloted a ticket numbered 2090726. They intimated me that within 24 hours problem will be solved. But till now nobody contacted me through mail or message or any phone call. Today ie 17.06.18 also I tried to contact them but no reply has been received.
