Wrong watch delivered by Jubliworld

I am student of class 12 one day i see smart watch in jubliworld.com (online shopping site) then i order it after 2 days recive my parcel .when i open it ,it have a very bad quality 3-4 year old children watch .then i call in costumer care they dont recive my call and block my phone number so what i do now ?

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Short refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.18,370/- : Mohammad Azam of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (Email: sahibeazam[at]gmail.com booked two return tickets on makemytrip.com few months ago by paying Rs.33,786. Subsequently, due to some personal issues he cancelled the booking. MMT informed that they he would get a refund of Rs.25,786 after deductions. However he got only Rs.7,016/-.
