I have a Redmi Note4 which i purchased brand new in April 2017. I encountered two issues:
1)Abnormal display
2)Local “jio” app not getting downloaded and i am getting a message “This item isn’t available for your country”
I went on to website of Xiomi and my issue was listed in covered warranty services free of cost so i called up xiomi customer care and they asked me this shall be resolved free of cost and sent me an email also so i opted for mi home service and sent my phone for free repair to ahemdabad unit of xiomi.
After 10 days ahemdabad unit messages me asking for 3336 rupees mentioning my case is not covered in warranty so i sent them the screenshot of their own XIomi website and i asked them for proof why they are saying my phone is not covered so they have no answers and no proof and they have sent my phone back w/o repairing.
