Zaffran restaurant charging GST on MRP and refusing bill

I visited Zaffran restaurant in Inorbit Mall, Vashi and ordered for 3 bottles of Bisleri mineral water. The MRP as printed on each bottle is Rs 19. While this is the MRP, we were billed a total of Rs 258 (86 per bottle) + 5% GST on the same. When we asked them to bill as per MRP, they refused and said that this has to be paid.
