Zefo Company not providing GST Invoice

I have purchased 65000 INR Laptop from Zefo providing all my company details and asking for raising GST Invoice. Post delivery of the product, Zefo Team has deliberately denied providing me GST Invoice. They are neither providing me the GST Refund amount nor the GST Invoice to claim input from govt.
