Zomato is not refunding my amount

I have ordered food from Sweet Tooth on 18 th of OCT 2020 via Zomato, and the order was cancelled by the restaurant and still waiting for the refund, when ever I connect with the Zomato they say it will get refunded in 4 to 5 business days but its more than 10 days I didn’t receive any amount .
